Are you new to the area? Would like to be part of the growing Holy Rosary family?

We now have two easy ways for you to sign-up!

1. WE MAIL: Simply provide your contact information via the form below and we will mail you a hard-copy of the registration forms.

2. YOU PRINT: Below are all of the registration forms for you to download and print directly from your home computer.

Our forms are simple and only take a few minutes to fill-out. You can return them by mail, by placing them in the collection basket, or by stopping at the Parish Office (office hours are 9am-5pm Mon-Fri).
